Acceptance
1. The student's name is entered on the central admissions lists.
2. The student's name is recorded in a special register at the registration department, and information about the student is provided.
3. The student receives an admissions file containing information to be completed by the student and the required documents.
4. The file is collected after the information is completed and all the documents listed in the file are submitted.
- Verify the student's admission against the lists received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- Check the student's name and information in the registration department's records.
- Provide the student with an admission file specific to the College of Engineering for entering data and information, and attaching required documents and supporting materials.
- Receive the file from the student and enter it into the registration department's database.
- Provide the student with a letter to take directly to the academic department for registration and commencement of studies.
- Original preparatory school certificate, authenticated by the provincial Directorate of Education, with a QR code, along with four color copies.
- A color copy of the student's national ID card or citizenship certificate.
- A color copy of the student's parents' national ID cards or citizenship certificate.
- A color copy of the student's residency card or a certified copy from the municipal council.
- The student's school ID card.
برنامج ادرس في العراق
This is a program launched by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to attract foreign and Arab students to study at Iraqi public and private universities.
Program Objectives:
1. To promote Iraqi universities and highlight their academic and scientific standing.
2. To attract international students to increase cultural and scientific diversity within universities.
3. To enhance scientific and knowledge exchange with regional and international universities.
4. To contribute to stimulating the education economy through parallel education programs for non-Iraqi students.
Program Features:
• Availability of undergraduate (Bachelor's) and postgraduate (Master's - PhD) studies.
• Full or partial scholarships for outstanding students.
• Accreditation of regionally and internationally recognized academic programs.
• Provision of a university environment rich in cultural and scientific activities.
Application Process:
• Applications are submitted electronically through the “Study in Iraq” platform.
• Students select their desired university and major.
• Official documents (passport, certified academic certificates, etc.) are uploaded.
• Accepted applicants receive official admission from the Ministry of Higher Education.

Students admitted to the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at Tikrit University must hold a high school diploma in the scientific/biological branch.
Graduation
Students graduating from the College of Computer Science and Mathematics are entitled to receive a graduation certificate in Arabic without grades, as well as a certificate in both Arabic and English. They are also entitled to receive a commemorative graduation certificate.
Requirements for obtaining a certificate:
1- Complete the graduation certificate application form.
2- Submit one recent passport-size photograph (white background) for each document.
3- Submit proof of payment of fees from the college accounts.
4- Submit a color copy of your passport.
Note:
The student's name on the certificate must be written in English exactly as it appears in their passport. If a passport is unavailable, the student is responsible for writing their name in English.
