Tasks of the Media and Government Communication Division

1- Preparing official correspondence, letters, and responses to newspapers, as well as follow-ups and clarifications for all different media outlets. This includes monitoring complaints received via the Ministry's email, hotlines, or the media departments and companies within the Ministry, and forwarding them to the relevant authorities to obtain the required information. The division then documents these communications both in hard copy and electronically after the completion of the necessary procedures.

2- Broadcasting college news, preparing press reports and interviews with Ministry officials on satellite channels, and archiving these materials as video and photographs. Media activity is documented by gathering information about the Ministry's activities, editing it into news articles, and disseminating it to newspapers and media outlets to keep the public informed of the latest developments.

3- Promoting advertisements related to the Ministry, its departments, and companies, in accordance with an official letter authorizing the Media Division to publish advertisements in widely circulated newspapers and on satellite channels. The publication of advertisements in newspapers is determined according to the schedule and electronic program designated for distributing advertisements to official newspapers, in line with the division's commitment to fairness, and is approved by the division director. 4- Media coordination with satellite channels and journalists, as well as arranging press meetings with officials and general managers in the ministry and media outlets, and sponsoring celebrations, events, seminars and conferences held in the ministry, in addition to responding to invitations outside the ministry from media outlets.
